It didn't work right away following the instructions. I called the hotline and on each of the six occasions over a three day period the answering machine said no one was available. It was a Las Vegas phone number so they could be busy at the tables. I emailed RunCam with my questions. A nice lady from China replied and answered me once a day for a week. I had to send her two videos of my problem along with the receipt. Each time a new problem was uncovered, starting with the firmware update. Eventually I was sent to the terrible FAQ. I couldn't find anything related to my issues so I wrapped up the camera and sent it back for a refund. Lost a lot of time. YouTube videos about the camera don't seem to have been made by people with problems because they liked the camera, so I may have received a defective product.
