Broken on first use

I was very happy to receive them and they have great colors and a zipper with a ring. The first zipper was installed in a complex sewing project. It looked perfect until I tried to close it. The teeth jammed the zipper in various places and wouldn't close the zipper until I tugged on the tab. It took an hour to put the zipper in. Didn't want to try another one from the pack and do the same. Sent back for a refund. Very disappointed.
