We bought this to put on our covered patio so our dog can go out and use the toilet if he has to but is still unable to do the rest to reach the farm. It was a little awkward to pull myself together, but I could do it myself, and I'm a 60-year-old little lady, not very strong. The lid doesn't fit on it in this configuration, but I think you can buy extra parts and an extra lid if you need it. We didn't need it because it's already under a canopy and our dog is small and can't jump out. Since it stands on concrete, we put garden furniture on it. I hope our dog can't move it. I plan to put something soft on the bar over the door because I keep banging my head on it when I have to go into the kennel.
