Let me first say that the performance of the burners is excellent! This item allows you to create super hot flames. Overall, I have to say that there are some pretty glaring design flaws. You will see many reviews stating that the oven was damaged on arrival and I also had a dent in one corner on arrival but the package did not appear to be damaged. Just met around the corner and called it good. You should do something to fix this problem as it is quite common. The second major design flaw is the color on this thing. It burns all the way around the burners, gives off a chemical odor, makes a mess of burnt paint ash, and in the end the finish looks pretty awful. If you don't care how it looks, I'm fine with that, but who thought it was a good idea? Overall I think I'll be happy with this product as I only need powerful burners, but overall I can see that people aren't happy with some of the issues above. It works great but its designers were a bit lazy.
