My son who is almost 5 years old thought it was cool but already on.
I was not satisfied with this product. My son who is almost 5 years old thought it was cool but even on thick carpet where you can open it a little it doesn't hold up that well. It wasn't very big either. But you get what you pay for, at least I won't be out often when it collapses and until then my son will have to pretend a very small and unstable fire.
