It's a bit thin. I was able to stretch it out and work with it until it was wide enough that I could fold it in half because one layer wouldn't work. Instead of being a nice thick 36 inches wide and 8 feet, when doubled it was about 24 inches wide and 6 and 1/2 feet long. I'll make sure it works, but if you need a thicker plush blanket, this may not be for you.
