After months of trying to get help from SabineTek AND AFTER the Amazon return expired, I received this message. We are so sorry to hear this. Please contact Revain Customer Service to assist you with your return and refund request. We cannot edit it here, we can only replace microphones correctly rated as broken/damaged.
