I like how easy it was to get setup as well its accuracy when querying multiple fields simultaneously with different operators (contains/exact matches).

Also very helpful for working within an organization where you have people who are not always familiar or comfortable using SQL queries directly! There's nothing about this tool itself we dislike but perhaps there could be more customization options available at each level so users don't need technical support often? It does what most other tools do just better than those others by far - especially if they're still stuck doing things manually without automation capabilities from day 1!! We've been able solve all our problems related specifically around customer segmentation through inquiry search filters since first launching nearly 2 years ago now :).
