disappointed with starters, chargers and portable power supplies
This is the 2nd inverter (the 1st was returned for the same reason). The output should be between 110 and 120 volts, but the output voltage is only 90 volts with an input voltage of 13 volts and no load. This time I ordered a Xantrex pure sine wave inverter.
