I bought gray extensions for my mum when I got them they were a very flat grey, almost like crayon grey. My mother has gray hair with a lot of grey. I washed my extensions with a shimmery blonde shampoo and they looked so much better. The only complaints I have are that they get tangled easily and when I tried to heat them they burned and looked like rats. After I washed them I didn't have to curl them again because they just curled up really nicely again after I air dried and blow dried them. They don't pill or pill after blow-drying and are very easy to trim and blend.
