I love the bag! It's big enough to use for work but not huge, it's perfect! Suitable for laptop, cosmetic bag, notepads, has a pair of zipper pockets, has an outside pocket for keys, cell phone, badge, water bottle, etc. It has a stylish appearance, the skin is soft, and the color is beautiful. The straps are wide enough but not bulky, they can be shortened or lengthened to fit your height. The inside feels solid and I think it will (hopefully) last a while! :) I wanted a nice big bag with lots of space so it wouldn't be so bulky or expensive! So far I'm happy with it. Just a small detail, in the zip pocket there was some kind of writing with some kind of marker, I think it was done while cutting the material or something. But that is inside and not visible to others, only details. Overall looks and feels good!
