Very disappointed that I paid almost full price for an inauthentic product. The box and bottle were authentic except for the label on the bottom, but the product was definitely NOT an Estee Lauder Idealist. The first tip is if the bottle cap doesn't seal when you first open it. I've been using this for years and am quite familiar with it, then I actually stopped by the Estee Lauder counter at Macy's to make sure the formula hadn't changed in the last six months - it wasn't and it was returned. My attempt to save a few bucks didn't work and I will only buy direct in the future.
