I first contacted a locksmith to find out how long the fobs need to be programmed. Programming was quoted at about $200 each. Cheaper, I thought, than going to the dealer. But I still called my local Chrysler dealer to check. A total of $65 was given for programming both. OK then. It took the dealer about 10 minutes to program both, then I had to wait another 10 minutes while they washed my car. Before leaving the area I tested all 7 functions on both. Everything worked including the remote engine start (I read in more than one review that the remote engine start didn't work - well, it worked). Now all I have to focus on is getting a refund for the first set of key fobs they sent me which was a mislabeled set of key fobs with only 3 functions.
