I find it silly that the ESSENCE of a printer printing and communicating with a computer isn't the subject of the main page. And that's the confusion. Purposes that shine through as the dominant "feature" that I consider a flaw.- ACCESSORIES/FINISHED ACCESSORIES (Third party rarely work ≥ 50% and arrived broken twice) • USES COLORS DURING BLACK PRINT I need to buy colors, which I DO NOT USE - due - INTERFACE IS REALLY STUPID • SAYS WIFI IN MGMT CONSOLE ON PRINTER • CANNOT DISABLE SILENCE DURING WORK HOURS! SCROLL (cheap) THE MANUAL DOESN'T SAY -- [HOW] -- TO TURN WIFI ON AGAIN. IT ONLY SAYS -- [ "an" ] . TURN BACK ON. THERE IS NO WAY TO ACTIVATE WIFI FROM THE PRINTER UI. After connecting to web-mgmt (via computer) . You have an option (see images) to enable 802.1 * which * always meant all / all / wildcards. And while you might think it means "Wi-Fi printing is enabled. You're wrong. Such a feature doesn't exist. -- it's easy and intuitive to use, that it's RELIABLE!, efficient and wastes no consumables It's bad enough, it's a form of gouging, but beyond that you may not have the consumables you need when you need them just so they can fool you.
