When I received the necklace and took it out of the box, I noticed a kink in the link. After noticing it I tried to move to see if it would curl up or something, but it looks like something is buggy or done wrong. because I can't pull the kink out (without twisting and bending). I wasn't wearing a necklace and was dying to attach my pendant to it. The return policy information states that there is no information to solve such a problem. I hate leaving feedback as I'm pretty sure it was an accidental defect but I would definitely like to replace or fix the issue so I have a usable chainring.
