I received this shoe as a replacement for my old sports shoe that had to be repaired several times. This shoe is the perfect size for me. I usually buy a size 11/12 for comfort, it's snug fitting but not tight in length and width. As this is a size 11 max, if you normally fill a size 12 you probably won't get away with buying these. Large selection of casual wear. The upper looks great and appears to be able to withstand light abuse, but the term "synthetic leather" is a bit of an exaggeration. The grip is excellent on asphalt and grass, wet and dry. They aren't waterproof (not claimed) as I found out by stepping into a deeper puddle, perhaps this indicates good breathability. There isn't much cushioning in the insole, so it's not the most comfortable shoe out of the box when stepping on hard surfaces. surfaces or with power when walking, although this can be changed by adding another insole. In general, the construction does not seem flimsy, it seems that it should be durable, but only time will tell. I can't speak to their use for football, what can I say they fill the bill for an inexpensive pair of casual athletic shoes.
