I was quite happy to find a complete set like this that comes with everything I needed. Even better for the fact that they come with the holder to store them in.They are for the most part silicone, so great resistant but they feel like they have a solid core of some kind on the inside. For me this design solved my two major problems with previous kitchen tools: melting and breaking.Also, the way they are constructed leaves very few, if any, nooks and crannies for food to get into, so they are relatively easy to clean. Though due to the rough silicone texture, I feel there is potential for certain thing to stain or be harder to clean off.My main disappointment with these are that the two spoon utensils are a lot smaller than I expected. I'm used to them being much larger with previous sets I've had. This still isn't really a deal breaker though. The quality and variety of the rest of the set more than makes this a good bit for me.
