Comfortable from the start. I wore them day and night non-stop. My usual size is 8.5W or 9. I have 8.5M based on reviews and they are perfect for me. I've had custom orthotics for years and got tired of looking for shoes to fit orthotics. You don't need orthotics. It's the next morning and my legs feel good, knees and back feel great. Thanks Vionic. FYI I have her sandals too and they are amazing.
