First, the wheels are almost like hard plastic, so they have little traction on hard floors. Fixed wheels slide easily. But the worst thing is the platform itself. It's not flat and is slightly convex (curved outward) in the middle. If I put flat objects on it, I can literally spin them around on the cart. And its hard plastic surface offers very little grip, which makes it worse. I pulled on my back and suddenly tried to catch heavy objects sliding away twice in one day. If they fix this poorly designed platform I would give it a 5 but take something else if you don't want to risk it.
