UPDATE: I bought this gray backpack in March 2021 because I was very happy with my previous purchases and I love the color. I didn't use it until mid-August when our offices reopened after a nearly 18-month hiatus. After using this gray backpack as a holdall for about a month, the strap material began to separate from the trim. My first light blue backpack from this brand which I bought in September 2019 is still in great condition and I still wear it, matching what I was wearing back then. The material on these straps is still attached, the material is canvas, durable and more water resistant than that gray lightweight nylon and not as water resistant. If only this gray backpack was made of canvas and stronger. It would remain my main commuter backpack for about 6 months. It's in my closet right now. Main reasons: I got this backpack, the size is perfect, secret pocket on the back, back padding and I can use it as a backpack or hang it over my shoulder with shoulder straps. I'm giving it 4 stars for now, I just don't like how the material separates from the finish. This is my third purchase of this backpack. I first bought Electric Blue because that color looked at my previous backpack orders and saw that it was on sale. That's why I bought this gray one. Already have a small shoulder bag. The reason I bought more is the bags. I love the internal pockets on the backpack and crossbody bag and the hidden zip pocket on the backpack is a bonus. Before that I bought a dark blue backpack because it was cheaper than the new price. Very happy. I also bought another version of the Rangeland laptop backpack, the Biege. It has the same inner pockets and I love it. The handles are not as long as this one. i love color green camouflage is not interesting.
