I bought a 3 piece module. I have a new iPhone 8. I actually bought 2 from the Apple store for about $150 each. The charging pad on both would turn off intermittently and wouldn't charge at all. The only way to fix the problem was to unplug the device and plug it back in. Many times, daily. This works best if you place the charging pad closer to the connector. The further, the more frequent failures. I contacted the manufacturer and they responded to my first message a few days later. Then instead of sending me a new charger, they asked me to fix it for them. And then he wanted me to wrap it up and send it back for my own money. I paid 150 for a charger and I regret never buying one. Stay away and buy a Belkin that always works.
