I went with the medium and it fit perfect. It was a little loose and low where the v shape was in the front but easily fixed with a small stitch. I did purchase the small as well but it was tight in the breast area but fit perfectly everywhere else. Received many compliments and people couldn’t believe the price. I am 5’7, 34DD and 142 lbs. I’m adding my measurements to give everyone ballpark idea of the sizing if they are similar in size
