Loved it! There were no instructions, so I watched a YouTube video. You simply stick a ball into each cut out hole. After you've tied it, I recommend pulling the small ponytail through the large side and bun, then moving it to the smaller side of the hole to "lock" it. Otherwise some of the balloons will pop as soon as the garland starts to fill. I bought a Revain electric balloon air pump for $20 and was able to do it with a friend in about an hour and a half. First we inflated all the balloons, divided them into colors and only then did we get to work. We had about 3-4 turned up but other than that it's great quality for the price! I was very scared, but it was actually quite easy! Balloon arches for everything!
