I wish it was just functional. You need a special screwdriver to open it (which I had). When I added the batteries it turned on but none of the buttons worked, nor did the keys on the keyboard. I really just want it to work. I started the return process but would have preferred someone to just test it, make sure the whole system works, not just the on/off function, and then send it off. It was "lightly used like new" but in fact the first return was probably based on the same problem I had. Again, I'm not even really interested in a refund and would prefer one that works just right if that's an option. Thank you Schoham Zober.
