Medium sized socks (women's 8.5-11.5, men's 7.5-9.5) offer no noticeable compression, I wear women's 11.5 and men's 9.5 so I'm tight in the upper size range, anyone closer to the lower limit would swim in them. In addition, they are just a tube, they do not have a heel, and therefore rise unevenly along the leg. And what the heck is all that flimsy junk on your toes? All the extra stitching is what makes these things so bulky. And to top it off, the seller (pharmapacks) tries to charge me a restocking fee and return shipping cost to get a refund, which means I can only get about half my money back. .0/5
