I've been looking for a good protective case for my new Galaxy A7 for some time. After reading the good reviews, I chose this one. The design looks solid and well made. Then I found some problems with the design. (1) It was difficult to hold a book with one hand for a long time. (2) A magnet closure was used on the long side of the switch. Inside were 5 rectangular chambers, 2.5 cm long at both ends and 3 holes, 5 cm long in the middle. The middle 2 inch hole is for the microphone I think. There should have been 4 magnets in the open chambers on either side, but there were only 3! I checked the promotional images shown, yes only 3! right in the middle is no magnet an empty hole with a "thin" wall made of soft plastic! It didn't hold the tab on the on/off side. I assumed the company removed a magnet to save money but should add more plastic to fill the empty space. (3) This cover was designed to support your back on a desk or hard surface, but I enjoyed reading and watching movies on the bed. He had no front support, he kept leaning forward, right in my face. (4) Samsung placed the headphone jack on this tab in the corner, in the most awkward spot. Unfortunately I discovered too late that this case had no protection after pulling my tablet out of bed and denting the headphone jack. This case had a large semi-rectangular socket hole area, but there was no protective plastic material on either side, so the corner of the tab was prone to damage! This only happened after the 2-day return period had expired. Now I can't use my headphones to make a silent list because the jack hole is damaged, and I also need to spend more money to find another tab case! I used to have at least 5 pills, in some cases I've spent less than $10. None of them got hurt even though I dropped them once! This was the first tablet that was damaged and this case was the most expensive I have ever bought. It made me angry 😠
