Does the label say don't wash?

Who on earth makes a kid's toy that only needs to 'clean in place'? And how did it get so many positive reviews if you can't get the spitting, pooping, ringing and baby food out of it? I didn't see it in the description. Cannot be returned as there is a baby shower today. I just tell my mom to put it in a pillowcase and toss it with everything else. Moms don't want to give their kids dirty toys!
