Review on Adorable Peppa Pig Dress with Unicorns and Rainbows for Girls by Linda Diaz

I ordered this little dress in size 2T. However, it looked small when opened. I checked the size on the garment itself and it says 18-24 months and 2T. It was a birthday present for my niece who just turned 2 on August 7th. It's definitely too small and doesn't fit true 2T size. Very disappointed. Not true to size.
