Our old Keurig died just before he was 2. I've only had this model for a few days. At first everything worked perfectly. However, for the last 2 mornings, as soon as I press the power button, the water flows until the tank is empty. I never had this problem with my old Keurig 2.0. I am considering returning this car. This is not good. * Updated 09/28/2018. If you use water that does not contain minerals, the machine will drain the water from the tank until it is empty. To fix this we used bottled water and it worked well yesterday and today. The presence of a decalcification indicator should be responsible for detecting minerals in the water. I'm giving this model 4 stars instead of 5 because this little fact about the minerals in the water used should be in the instructions. I'm happy with this Keurig for now and will update if the opposite happens.
