I like that it's easy of use for clients who are not technical or computer savy so they can have access easily through their mobile device as well! It has also helped me stream events in real time without having problems such an audio drop outs etc which would be very frustrating if you were trying get people involved/attending your event online via social networking sites!! We've been able solve numerous issues related directly from our client base regarding connectivity by using this service rather than relying solely upon wifi connections when attending these types services (especially at larger scale conferences).
