Perfect fit for my pom pom Best of Health products
My little pom pom had a big cut just below her ear and she kept groping for it. This collar made it possible for her not to reach it because of course she has short legs, I didn't use it in the usual way but laid it flat, like a cape. This allowed her to walk and see where she was going. The only thing was was the top tongue was a bit tight. Everything else was perfect.
