Review on Fletcher/CSI by Matthew Maxwell

I like that we have access to our CSIs in real time so they can be available for us at all times if needed! We also love being able solve problems together as teams from multiple departments come into one room instead of having 4 separate rooms which saves money by not needing extra work space or more people because it's easier with just 1 person per team doing this type thing than 2+ - saving both cost AND resources is always good!! Nothing really but sometimes there are glitches when trying log off (like maybe you're logged out then back onto your computer) where everything freezes up until someone logs me right away saying "oops!" It makes life easy working remotely since everyone has their own PC set-up rather than going around different offices getting things done while sharing files via Dropbox folder etc..
