This equipment is hazardous. After it burned 2 of my flash drives (256GB and 64GB) I tried to check if I needed driver updates for the hub via the motherboard and forgot to take out the 64GB drive. After about 30 minutes I notice it's there and when I pulled it out I almost burned my fingertip on the metal part of the drive as I closed it. It was TOO HOT to touch for more than a second or two. I've reached out to the manufacturers and haven't received a response yet, but this needs to be addressed. I think a refund plus 2 new flash drives would be fine here as not only did I lose both drives (yes I've tested them on other PCs with no success) but I also lost ALL the data. UPDATE: The manufacturer has replied to my email. address. They refunded the money, but despite having a confirmed history of flash drive frying, they refused to send me a replacement.
