I use this when I write a review. I often wake up with swollen eyes and face. I wasn't really expecting this scooter but as soon as I used it for the first time I was hooked. It's very oddly soothing. I don't know what's in the roller, but it freezes well and will keep for a while before needing to put it back in the freezer. And it's cold, but not so cold that you can't stay in one place for a few minutes. It doesn't hurt or burn. I'm already addicted to this business. I definitely see how it can help with headaches.
