Nearly 5 stars for tape measure and rulers
I have one of these that I bought at a fabric store. It's great and so useful, but in less than 2 years of moderate use the metal part in the plastic "marker" part popped out. It still works, just not as well. Since they are so easy, useful and inexpensive I decided to buy 2 more to have a backup in case another pops out of its little metal core. If this metal core is not present, the marker will not stay in place as firmly.
