In point of fact, for over two years, nothing but smooth sailing could be had (I bought it on May 29, 2022 from an authorized dealer). And just yesterday, it cracked without warning. The service center informed us that they are not eligible for repair, and the guarantee that covers them is valid for one year (although the warranty card proudly says in large letters "Guarantee 5 years" - only then I looked closely at what is actually written there "UP TO 5 years"). Because of this, they had no interest in modifying or repairing anything. They proposed to acquire the same ones once more at a price that was marginally lower (yeah, of course). Used solely in business settings by yours truly. There was no sensation of stress at all. And on the day that the breakdown occurred, there were no signs that disaster was on the horizon. Since I got up this morning, I've been listening to music. I have placed it on the table. After eating and getting dressed, I noticed that my left ear is no longer functioning. When you press on it, it will start to crack, and occasionally you will hear a sound break through. Anything that involves contact is comparable, in general. I was quite dissatisfied with the overall quality. I thought that for that kind of money, it would work for at least three years, but it only lasted for a year and a half. In the case of such pricey acoustics, a warranty of a single year sounds like a really stingy amount to me. If you decide to buy, you should anticipate paying for a maximum of a and a half year's worth of work right away. July 2022: About the same time (that is, more than 2 years ago), I purchased the next model up to replace it, which was the Bose QC35 wireless headphones. Let me to inform you that, up to this point, they have done really well. The sound is significantly improved, they function faultlessly, they get their power from a microUSB cable, and a single charge can power them for up to two weeks. Additionally, they are wireless, which is awesome. If for some reason you suddenly think about QC25, it is better not to, but you can add a little to QC35 instead. This is a general rule.
