I like how it makes data entry easy for employees at different locations to update their own information in real time without having access to others' info. It's also very helpful if you're trying to keep up with changes made by other users who may not be as diligent about keeping things updated (such as a website). The only thing I dislike is when there are multiple updates submitted but one doesn't take effect until after another has been approved which can result in confusion/conflict between versions of records being entered into our system. We've found this tool extremely useful because we have no way of knowing what version someone else sees vs. what they enter themselves. This helps us ensure consistency across departments and even from day-to-day within an employee’s position!
