In general a pretty decent phone but I can't say anything about the lifespan. This is the second instance of this model in the last two years. The other worked great until one day it suddenly died and a new battery solved the problem. But since the woman likes to have a phone, she can sit next to the pool while swimming (do not use it underwater or anything, but it can splash. The base is still in the house), waterproof phones are not so many. there, so we decided to take a chance and get another one just like that. We had trouble setting up this new device, but once we figured out when to look for a base while flashing to register, it worked and works well. Hope this one lasts a little longer.
