This is a decent foot scrub mask. If you've never used it, you might think at first that it's not going to do much, and after a few days, especially if you get wet feet, you might think that something is wrong with your feet when you exfoliate starts to work. . It's easy to use. You just wet your feet a bit, maybe wash them a bit, then dry them off and put one of those slippers/boots on each foot (there are two in a bag, so just open one up). Once you've got them on, cover them with a small piece of tape that you will be given. I also like to find stretchy socks that can be slipped on just to make sure they hold up well. Then leave them for 45-50 minutes. When the time is up, just rinse your feet with warm water (no soap or anything, just warm water) and that's it. you can go I usually wear slippers or a new pair of soft socks to keep my feet clean and fresh. After 4-10 days, your feet will begin to peel and eventually your feet will become noticeably softer. What I noticed about this scrub is that unless I got my feet wet, the scrub was rough and quite rough. The skin was scaly with dry, almost painful (now my feet are quite dry in some places, mainly those where uncomfortable calluses and others appear) spots. But after soaking, even for just a few minutes during/after the shower, it really helped and the skin just gently peeled off all over the leg. After this process was complete, my legs actually looked and felt much better. I love it. You need to soak for the shell to really work, so don't forget that part. It's weird adding lotion to a foot scrub, so I didn't do it until the scrub was completely done, but you can do it if it doesn't make you feel weird. Be sure to maintain the softness that follows after the process. It works fine, so you can try it. The price is very good for two packs.
