Edit: Still a lifesaver for my pug. She couldn't be here at 88 degrees without a vest. I've been looking for something exactly like this product for many years. I have 2 pugs and live in Central Florida. I take my boobs with me everywhere. When the temperature exceeds 80, it is very difficult to maintain comfort outside. I've tried using people's backpacks and stuffing ice in their belts. All evaporation products are absolutely useless in the Florida heat. This product holds the ice directly on the chest/abdomen where their vitals are located. The neck piece also keeps the ice where her collar should be, but I find the chest/belly piece more useful. My only suggestion for anyone buying this is to purchase additional ice packs. I have found disposable bags that can be filled with water and frozen. I use them and break them down into the sizes I need. The ice is melting and my boobs are getting wet, but keep them cool. It would also be easy to just slip ice cubes into the pockets that hold the ice packs.
