I got this knee orthosis for my right knee with arthrosis. I find this knee pad fits the knee very well, is easy to put on and provides good support for walking and sports such as table tennis. The spacer is in the bracket and is very well made. The skin-hugging inner lining is made of very high-quality material and not directly made of neoprene, so that the knee does not sweat too much. I have one with cross straps for extra support and it works really well too. To avoid losing the cross straps, I leave the cross straps attached to the corset when I'm not wearing it. My very first McDavid splint and I love it.
