Easy integration with other products such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics GP etc., ability to run in parallel or at different times depending upon customer needs. The support team can be reached around-the -clock but they will only take calls from India time zone which means that sometimes we don't get answers quickly enough when needed most! I have found no issues so far using this product. We are solving our business requirements by providing secure access & control over applications, files/documents & databases within an enterprise environment.
