I say it fits as expected and not too small because I removed the liner. This skirt is so comfortable and flowy. I'm 5ft 5in and it landed a few inches below my knee. The bags are just fantastic. I put my big 6 plus phone and keys in and you couldn't even tell! I would buy again and recommend. Con only, and I'm not going to lower the price on this just because it's an easy fix. COATING! - She's too small for her size. I bought a large one and the lining fit like a small one. The lining isn't, I don't make anything for the skirt so I cut it out right away and it fits perfectly! This skirt is too comfy and cute not to get as the lining can be easily cut out. So I hope this doesn't stop anyone from buying it.
