We got the product in a timely manner the only problem that we had is two of the bottles inside head leak once you open the bag up that it was shipped in you can really tell these are some of the essential oils that we use on my back I can't wait to help us sleep at least me sore muscles and regular aches and pains I have had multiple back surgeries and the oils help out a lot the value of the product was great the product we received outside of the two bottles that leak was great we gave the oils of four because of the two bottles that had leaked and it's too much trouble to send the whole box back just to replace two bottles cost-wise is not effective to send the whole kit back for just two bottles
