I appreciate the many qualities of this light, from the selectivity between main and low light to the easy directing of the light onto the wall. . However, the motion sensor timer of 30 seconds is in itself a bit of a problem if you are planning to place the light as an important light source in the room. Having tried this, I wouldn't recommend using it in the bathroom as a main source as you'll be waving your arms like crazy while going about your business. However, the wall light has proven itself by illuminating my cupboards very well. In case you need to fumble around and open the closet for a late-night snack, this lamp is *just* dim enough to soothe your eyes while illuminating what you're looking for. If only the sensor were more efficient at maintaining its shine for longer, this would be the perfect product.
