The ability to create an environment that allows for multiple stakeholders to interact within one system, not just those who have access through our own team members. This has allowed us to share information across all departments in the organization and engage them more effectively. It also helps us understand what each other's roles are so we can communicate better. I wish there was a way to customize some things but it seems like they're always trying to improve the product instead than sticking to their core strengths (i.e., modeling). We've been able to use this software to keep track of everything related to projects and resources.
