Sparkling Lips for Arts and Crafts
I was hesitant to try this lipstick for my soap making project but I am glad I did. Through trial and error i found that this lipstick adds a perfect shimmer to my soap bars .The color is vivid and the sparkle lasts. My only con is that it's a bit difficult to remove from my hands but that's a small price to pay for such a great product..
