Tying water balloons is a big challenge. We have switched to a few balloons and no matter how well inflated the balloons are difficult to break and we have found that there is a high leak rate underneath them. So my 10 year old daughter and I are back to knitting. This is the best way. I put a chair, take a beer and a fridge. I fill, she binds. The day before we tank, and the next day we have a big fight. These are great balloons if you like old school. Very few flaws. Good size, breaks well.
