Biotin gel helps me sleep through the night!

First thing I should mention is that I have to sleep on my back as I have metal bars and screws in my back from a previous operation. So I have to keep Biotengel next to my bed EVERY night because when I sleep on my back my jaw relaxes and my mouth opens. When that happens, I start breathing through my mouth. Then my mouth gets very dry. However, Biotene saves me from all this misery by keeping my mouth wet all night long!
