This is a great piece that will save you a lot of money compared to installing a panel or sideboard. All 3 products complain about being dented so I went with this one thinking I could replace the section if it was dented. If you glued wallpaper, it will be easy. I've borrowed advice from others, and here's my installation tip: lay out the wallpaper and measure 1/2 inch more than you need. Use a T-Square to make sure you're cutting square and accurate. With the wrong side up, generously sprinkle the entire sheet with water and leave for 5 minutes. Mark a plumb on the wall. The pre-glued back forms a pleasant gel so that no wallpaper glue is required. Take the strip and attach it to the wall. Use a towel or plastic wallpaper spatula to tack it down and remove any air bubbles. Be sure to align the edges and fasten securely. Then use a spatula at a 45 degree angle and a VERY sharp razor blade to slowly trim away the leftovers. Leave to dry for 24 hours and paint over. I applied two coats and painted with a brush to penetrate the grooves well. Looks good and just like the original. One roller made my whole kitchen half a wall. Love it!
